Terrific Tuesdays: Themed Family Crafts & Activities

Looking for fun things to do with the kids in Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire during the school holidays? We’ve got you covered! All Terrific Tuesday activities are included in your admission. Kids can dive into creative themed crafts and take their masterpieces home at the end of the day. Our wonderful storytellers will also be on hand, ready to whisk your family away to magical worlds with their enchanting tales.

Celebrate Easter on 31 March: Visit the lambing fold, enjoy storytelling, create Easter crafts, and make lambs and chick claymakes.

Spring-themed Activities on 7 April: Meet the newborn lambs, make spring crafts, and create daffodil and tulip claymakes

  • Hands-on-Clay with the Dacorum and Chiltern Potters Guild
  • Activities run from 11am-3.30pm
  • Bring a bag to take your creations home
  • Drinks, light lunches, cakes and ice creams available to purchase
  • Plenty of space for picnics
  • Baby changing facilities
  • Adventure playground to explore
  • Small working farm to explore
  • Lots of free car parking

The Museum is a charity and all admission prices include a voluntary donation of 10%. Gift Aid donations to the Museum allow us to claim an extra 25% from the government on the total amount that you pay to us, at no extra cost to you.

Tax payers can help the Museum to reclaim, through Gift Aid, an extra 25p for every £1 paid with a voluntary donation of 10% included in the admission price.
